Inspiring talks & Workshops

Our talks and workshops go far beyond a simple lecture or training session. They are designed to combine learning and networking in a welcoming, dynamic, and accessible environment.

Each session invites participants to discover new ideas guided by experts from diverse disciplines. The selection of speakers and topics is curated through the Human Element approach, bringing perspectives that are uncommon in the business world yet highly relevant.

From philosophy and art to technology, neuroscience, and digital culture, we offer a journey that helps professionals strengthen key competencies such as empathy, creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.

Dialogues & Encounters

At a time of profound transformation in the world of work, the Humanities are reemerging as an ethical, creative, and strategic compass.

This series of in-person gatherings proposes a living dialogue between humanist thought and professional practice, bringing together two worlds that rarely meet: academia and business.

We believe we are witnessing a paradigm shift that calls for sharing knowledge to build a more human and sustainable future.

That is why we are launching a series of dialogues and encounters with multidisciplinary experts, creating a unique space where business, academia, and the humanities converge.
