At the Human Element we design experiences that connect people, generate conversations conversations and develop essential human skills in the workplace.

Each project is an opportunity to demonstrate how, through a humanistic prism and new ideas, we can transform the way we work and relate to each other.

Applied Humanities

A series of events on the role of humanistic thinking in the current challenges facing businesses.

Applied Humanities is a series of events designed to connect humanistic thinking with professional practice. Through conversations between academics and professionals, the project explores how disciplines such as philosophy, ethics, history, and narrative can provide context, criteria, and meaning in a business environment marked by technological acceleration and complexity.

Each session addresses a specific topic: humanities and talent, ethics and artificial intelligence, purposeful product design, combining reflection, real-life cases, and open dialogue.
The goal is to generate applicable critical thinking and offer new tools for making better decisions in changing contexts.

Pixel Art Workshop with Iñaki Díaz

When visual limitations become a powerful tool for creativity and teamwork.

We designed a pixel art workshop with artist Iñaki Díaz, co-founder of the creative studio Appnormals, as part of a team-building experience for a team of engineers. Drawing on the retro aesthetics of pixel art and its technical limitations (reduced palette, fixed grid, minimal format), participants explored new ways of expressing themselves, collaborating, and adapting creatively as a group.

The result was an animated "team photo" in pixel art format: each person designed their own avatar, which was included in a collective Christmas GIF. An original and memorable way to celebrate the end of the year, demonstrating how creativity can flourish even in the most structured contexts.

To complete the experience, we also prepared a pixel art-themed gift bag, which added a personal and tangible touch to this creative experience .
